Nomi Jean Cater
Nomi Jean Cater (Mongolian:Номинжин), is a multi-lingual and multi-cultural singer and songwriter. She has performed in more than 15 countries as a solo singer in front of audiences of up to 70,000 people, on the prestigious stages such as Stern Auditorium of Carnegie Hall, David Geffen Hall of Lincoln Center and Welsh National Opera Orchestra at Llangollen. Since launching her music career at age 13, Nomi Jean Cater has been a pioneer in promoting a healthy lifestyle in her home country of Mongolia and founded the first ever vegan restaurant in Mongolia. She is a yoga/meditation practitioner and has been a vegan since a very young age.
Residing in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Bulgantsetseg V. is a well regarded banker. She has worked the past 15 years with a major bank as the manager of a corporate branch that also serves thousands of small business owners. She has been actively supporting innovative, social and green businesses. She is a graduate of the country’s top school of banking (IFE). Bulgan, as a healthy lifestyle enthusiast, joined forces with Nomi Jean in 2021 to bring the memorable and compassionate menu of Luna Blanca to the USA through its sister company, All Savory.
Originally founded in 2008 by well know singer, influencer, song-writer Nomi Jean Cater (a.k.a Номинжин) both our Mongolian restaurant (Luna Blanca) and our Los Angeles operation (All Savory Vegan) have been founded and run by women dedicated to promoting healthy and compassionate living.
Serving a savory vegan menu of Asian, Western and Mongolian cuisine, all foods are 100% Vegan (no animal products of any kind are used). From the onset, our restaurant in Mongolia has been engaging in vegan outreach and philanthropy.
Our operations take extra steps to ensure all our packaging is 100% bio-degradable or eco-friendly, we do our best to source both organic and locally produced products, we provide competitive salaries and benefits to our employees.
